Our level 3 installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging points course (run by EAL) is recognised by all electrical competent persons schemes (i.e. CPS) and the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV, previously OLEV) which also includes the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) as this course covers both domestic and commercial.
We have partnered with many mainstream & popular electric charging point manufacturers to ensure you'll have enough knowledge from doing the course to install their equipment straight away. We also have expert advice (also provided free after the course - contact us anytime) on signing up as an "OZEV/WCS" to help you set-up & claim the £350 grant per install, and advice on how to process the paperwork efficiently, without wasting your precious time on needless admin. You can currently claim up to £14,000 in installs per business (across up to 40 charging points). We also provide specialist advice on acquiring finance for customers hoping to have EV points installed, and a network of leads & contacts to get you started.
Trainees must hold a formal craft qualification e.g. N/SVQ 3 in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures) or equivalent earlier certification and 18th Edition.
Delegates will need to bring photo ID and a passport photo.
